Fare Isgro! - Workshop of Erasure Poetry
A workshop led by Decamoon, inspired by the work of artist Emilio Isgrò, aimed at creating one or more poems by erasing them. It's open to participants of all ages.
Emilio Isgrò's Erasure Poetry involves creation through erasure, as an artistic and continually revolutionary act, a polemic against contemporary art and, of course, poetry. Erasure poetry isn't simply a matter of choosing a page at random: you need to know and select the text or document you're erasing; erasure is the true artistic process, through which you decide what message to send.
